Texture Confidence for Parents, San Jose

All parents and caregivers are welcome, including moms, dads, grandparents, foster parents, guardians, and anyone responsible for a child’s hair. This inclusive, supportive, fun, and judgment-free 90-minute workshop helps caregivers confidently care for a child’s textured hair, especially when that texture differs from their own. Learn gentle detangling, sectioning, moisture routines, product selection, protective habits, and easy everyday styles. Practice is completed on a textured-hair mannequin, so this first workshop is for adults only. Your experience includes hands-on instruction, a take-home parent toolkit, and priority access to future parent-and-child workshops. Capacity is limited to 16 participants.
